asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what further criminal proceedings are being taken by the Attorney-General of Kenya arising out of the case of Samuel Githu.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

No decision in this matter can be taken by the Attorney-General of Kenya until he has studied the transcript of the record of proceedings in the case against Samuel Githu, which is now being prepared.
