Mr. John Hallasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the Civil Trust, in undertaking the task of removing unsightly structures which disfigure the countryside and for which there is no further use, find it difficult to remove some derelict military buildings without the use of explosives; and whether he will instruct units of the Regular and Territorial Army to assist in this task where practicable.
