HC Deb 05 May 1959 vol 605 c24W
67. Mr. Lewis

asked the President of the Board of Trade what conditions he has made with regard to the subject matters which are to be discussed with the Soviet Government's trade representatives during his forthcoming trade negotiations in Moscow; and why he has insisted on making these conditions before the commencement of negotiations.

Mr. Vaughan-Morgan

I regret that I do not feel able, pending the negotiations which start in Moscow later this month, to add to the Answers which my right hon. Friend gave on 21st April.
