asked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what action Her Majesty's Government propose to take in relation to the Magistrates' Court Amendments Act towards which Her Majesty's Government have responsibilities under the Southern Rhodesia Constitution Letters Patent, 1923.
