§ 69. Mr. P. Noel-Bakerasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether, in view of the representations made to him by the Cambridgeshire Farmers' Union, he will reconsider the payment of a cereals deficiency grant to Mr. E. F. Saltmarsh.
