Mr. C. Hobson

asked the Postmaster-General (1) what was the cost of publishing Telephone Service and Customer (White Paper), the Telephone Service and Customer (FT 2), and The Friendly Telephone, a Service that Satisfies;

(2) what was the cost of the Press conferences and regional Press conferences given to launch the new Telephone Customer Service;

(3) what was the total cost of publicising his new telephone and customer interpolation service.

On the best estimate that can at present be made, the total cost did not exceed £1,500, including £1,250 for the documents mentioned and £50 for Press conferences.
