§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMy right hon. and noble Friend interrupted his East African tour at my request in order to visit the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland. He spent 12th-17th March in Nyasaland visiting all three provinces. He then spent two days in Lusaka, and after calling at Salisbury for discussions with Federal Ministers returned to this country yesterday. He is giving a personal account of his visit in another place this afternoon.
