§ Mr. N. MacphersonMy right hon. Friend has received four written representations, including one from my hon. Friend; and my noble Friend the Minister of State has received a deputation from Inverness. These representations have been brought to the notice of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation. As regards the last part of the Question, I cannot add to the reply that I gave to the hon. Member for Dunbartonshire, West (Mr. Steele) on 17th March.
