§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydFor 1960–61 the local education authority has submitted proposals for a secondary school to serve urban districts north and east of Rochdale; a Church of England primary school at Heywood; and a day special school at Middleton. For 1961–62 is has proposed a grammar school at Middleton; a secondary school to serve the urban districts north and east of Rochdale; a county secondary school at Heywood; extensions to a Roman Catholic secondary school at Heywood; and a Roman Catholic primary school at Heywood.
