§ 81. Mr. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what steps he is taking to inform the Portuguese Government of the details of the inquest and the findings of the coroner's court in this country on the late Mr. and Mrs. Trist, of Brighton.
§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreCopies of the following documents were sent on 16th March to the Portuguese Ambassador in London for the information the Portuguese Government:
The reports upon autopsy and analysis by Dr. Keith Simpson, Head of Department of Forensic Medicine at Guy's Hospital;
The notes of evidence of Mr. K. R. Garrett, Chief Chemist, Calor Gas Research and Development Division; and
The copies of the Coroner's inquisitions into the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Trist.
§ Mr. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what steps he has taken to find out why the ambulance in Portugal, summoned for Mrs. Trist by Mr. Trist before he died, never turned up; and what explanation the Portuguese Government has given him on this matter.

§ Mr. R. AllanHer Majesty's Ambassador in Lisbon has reported:
- (i) that both the Muxito Motel and the Public Prosecutor's Delegate at Almada state categorically that no telephone call for an ambulance was made by Mr. Trist on the night he died; and
- (ii) that the chalet occupied by the Trist family was equipped with a telephone and any call made would be recorded by the exchange, but there is no record of any call being made from the chalet that night.
