§ Mr. MaclayA scheme under Section 75 of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act, 1948, is in operation for the 1959 cropping season. As to the future, the Scottish National Farmers' Union wishes to make further representations about the position of those who have been receiving marginal agricultural production grants, and I hope to arrange a meeting for this purpose at an early date.
