72. Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will consider introducing legislation 30W to allow an experiment to be made in one United Kingdom town of the disc parking system as used in Paris.
§ Mr. WatkinsonI cannot hold out any hope of Government legislation on this subject, but I shall be happy to give what assistance I can to any local authority who wishes to seek the necessary powers to try out the disc system.
