§ Mr. WatkinsonThe Report of the Munich air crash makes no reference to backward facing seats. I can, however, say that the working group set up (on 10th July, 1958) under my Chief Aeronautical Adviser to review the complex question of backward-facing seats is about to submit its report to me.
