§ Mr. J. RodgersThe circular inviting applications was issued by the Department of Health for Scotland on 12th March, and no applications have yet been 13W received or sanctioned. No question of priorities for schemes suspended in 1952 arises: the initiative in putting forward proposals rests with local authorities and all applications will be considered on their merits.
