asked the Minister of Defence (1) to what extent the buildings and installations now being constructed at the British Military Station, Dortmund, Western Germany, have been the subject of the specific planning approval of the West German authorities;

(2) to what extent the prior authorisation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, the Supreme Allied Command, or of the West German Government, respectively, is sought for the construction of British military installations in Western Germany.

All building in the Federal German Republic is in accordance with approved N.A.T.O. plans to which the Federal German Government are a party.
