§ Mr. WatkinsonAs I have frequently said. I do not intend to announce lists of specific schemes far in advance, but I can assure my hon. Friend that in the road programme beyond 1st April, 1959, all motorway junctions will be designed as flyovers or underpasses and that grade separation will he used at other road junctions where this course is justified.
