§ 73. Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in view of the protracted interruption of the Geneva Conference, to what extent it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government that the eventual calling of a Summit Conference shall be contingent on the results achieved at the resumed Geneva Conference.
