§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI explained to the House in debate on 6th March, 1958, the conditions governing the grant of political asylum. In the case of Mr. Bradic, I reached the conclusion that they were 157W not fulfilled. I am now considering some further representations which have since been brought to my notice, and I shall write to the hon. Member as soon as possible.
