§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to receive, and to make known, the report of the public inquiry into proposals by the East Kilbride Licensing Planning Committee to build public houses in the Murray and Calderwood housing schemes.
§ Mr. MaclayI expect to receive this report within the next few weeks, the parties having previously been afforded by the Commissioner an opportunity of commenting on a draft of its factual part. Copies of the complete report will be sent to the parties as soon as possible thereafter, along with my decision on the proposals for the siting of licensed premises which gave rise to the inquiry.
