§ Mr. MaclayIn approving the development plan over a year ago, a controversial proposal for part of an inner ring road was deleted. The Corporation had been told that, for further consideration of this proposal, it would need to prepare large scale plans and this I understand it hopes shortly to do. Reinstatement of the proposal in the development plan would require the promotion of a formal amendment, subject to objection and inquiry in the usual way.
