§ Mr. AllanIn the revised Brussels Treaty the Federal Republic of Germany undertook not to manufacture these38W weapons. It is the task of the Armaments Control Agency of Western European Union to ensure that these undertakings are observed. The Agency has reported, as a result of control activities carried out in 1958, that they have been observed.
