§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThe right hon. Gentleman is presumably referring to the refund of turnover tax in respect of goods exported from Western Germany. This does not constitute an export subsidy unless the rebate exceeds the amount of tax paid on the same product if sold for internal consumption.
