§ 61. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether agreement has now been reached with the Soviet Government for the appointment of technical experts to consider the problems of controlling high altitude and underground nuclear tests.
§ Mr. R. AllanThe Soviet Government have agreed in principle to technical discussions on controls over high altitude nuclear tests. I regret to say that they have not yet agreed to such discussions on the problems connected with underground nuclear tests.
