asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress is being made over the financial negotiations with Egypt.

Mr. R. Allan

The financial negotiations with the United Arab Republic were concluded on 28th February with the signing of the Financial Agreement. Reasonable progress is being made in implementing the Agreement.
