§ Mr. Iain MacleodYes. My hon. Friend's visit was of value to us both in renewing a personal acquaintance with some of Scotland's unemployment problems. As to the last part of the Question, unemployment in both Scotland generally and Aberdeen in particular has fallen in recent months and will I hope continue to benefit from the general measures introduced by the Government to stimulate the economy and, in the case of Aberdeen from the efforts of my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade to interest industrialists in the locality where, as the hon. and learned Member knows, Government help is available to them.
