§ Sir D. EcclesPye Ltd. have decided to build up a production unit in their factory at Airdrie. The first assembly line will be in operation in about six weeks. This should provide immediate employment for 80 workers. It is estimated that the labour force will pro152W gressively increase to around 150 by the start of next year and up to 300 or 400 by the end of 1960.
