§ Lady Gammansasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether, in view of the fact that the flat kerbs on the Portsmouth Road and elsewhere have contributed to the safety factor, he will consider extending them to all new roads for which he is responsible.
§ Mr. WatkinsonIt is my policy to use flush kerbs on all roads for which I am responsible, except where technical considerations necessitate the use of other forms of kerbing.
