§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he is aware of the practice of certain agricultural landlords of inviting applications for the tenancy of vacant farms for the purpose of estimating the market value of a tenancy rather than for the purpose of finding a suitable tenant; and whether he will introduce legislation to protect applicants from the losses and inconvenience caused by unnecessary journeys to investigate such tenancies.
