§ Mr. Wallasked the President of the Board of Trade what changes he is making in the arrangements for the production of Target.
§ Sir D. EcclesSince 1953, this monthly bulletin has been prepared by the Central Office of Information as a means of drawing attention to examples of the benefits of higher productivity. The Board of Trade and the Ministry of Labour and National Service have been responsible for the bulletin's policy. An offer by the British Productivity Council to take over the publication as from the beginning of next year has, however, been accepted, on the understanding that its character shall be broadly the same and a substantial free circulation maintained. Parliamentary approval will be sought in due course for an additional grant to the Council to aid publication in the early years.
