Howellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what action he has taken to implement the report of the Pay Research Unit for Technical Classes of the Civil Service which reported in part in July, 1958, and in full in October, 1958; why he has not made proposals arising from these reports; and if he is aware of the disquiet in the Service over the delay that has taken place.
