§ Mr. MaclayThe education authority was informed in 1954 that the proposal to provide this college was agreed in principle, and the detailed accommodation36W to be provided was agreed in February, 1958. The estimated starting date for the project is August, 1960, and the estimated date of completion August, 1963.
