§ Mr. K. ThompsonThere are now 2,175 telephone subscribers in East Kilbride. Orders from 40 potential subscribers are in course of being met and 11 others are on the waiting list. Two years ago the latter figure was 368.
During the past 12 months, 456 new telephones have been installed.
