§ 56. Mr. Pageasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will compile and publish a list of classes of minor and major road improvements, setting against each the consequent reduction or increase in road accidents.
§ Mr. NugentInvestigations into the effect of road improvements on accidents are included in the research programme of the Road Research Laboratory. We are consulting the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research to see whether the results are in a form suitable for publication.
