§ Mr. Lennox-BoydProceedings in Parliament are reported according to news value in the B.B.C.'s General Overseas Service news bulletins in English. There are 14 of these every 24 hours and a number of them are rebroadcast by local stations in the West Indies. In addition, there is appropriate reference to, and discussion of Parliamentary affairs in the whole range of English news talks and other spoken word programmes. These include "Calling the Caribbean", which is also rebroadcast daily in the West Indies.
