§ Mr. R. NugentI am very glad of this opportunity to correct what I said on this subject during the Report stage of the Finance Bill. Clause 11 of the Bill as drafted does in fact prevent the use on roads of a three-wheeled tractor fitted with a loaded transport box. All tractors so used must have four wheels of which the rear pair must be at least four feet apart.
