Friend has had no discussions with representatives of the Irish pig industry, but the implications for Anglo/Irish trade of the Stockholm negotiations were touched upon in the course of the talks between United Kingdom Ministers and Ministers of the Republic of Ireland which took place on the 13th July under the Chairmanship of my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade.
