Mr. Harold Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what representations have been made to him by the Government of the Federal German Republic since November, 1954, indicating their requirements for a civil atomic energy programme; and to what extent these requirements exceed or fall short of the original estimate of a total supply of plutonium, uranium 233 and uranium 235, whether manufactured or imported, not exceeding 3,500 grammes.
