The Solicitor-GeneralAt the time of the accident Captain Kozubski was a member and Managing Director of 35W Independent Air Travel Limited, which was a party to the proceedings before the Court of Inquiry, where it was represented by counsel. It would not, therefore, have been appropriate for him to be called as a witness by the Crown.
