§ Mr. J. AmeryMy right hon. Friend received no such appeal. International Labour Office Conventions 87 and 98 do not, in fact, deal with fair labour clauses, which are the subject of Convention 94. This Convention has been extensively applied without modication in the dependent territories of the United Kingdom.
