§ Mr. Owenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what progress has been made by Her Majesty's Government in their recent review of the terms of the 1945 Potsdam Agreement concerning the territories of the German Reich; to what extent this matter has been raised officially by the Government of Western Germany; and what reply has been made to such representations by Her Majesty's Government.
