§ 83. Mr. Healeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to what extent it is the Government's policy to initiate discussion of a European zone of arms limitations and control when the conference of Foreign Ministers resumes.
§ Mr. Selwyn LloydI expect that when the Geneva Conference of Foreign Ministers resumes there will first be further discussion of the Berlin question. It will be a matter for decision during the Conference what other topics can be usefully discussed.
