§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI am not aware of any reliable statistics by which to measure any increase in smoking by schoolboys. I do not expect to receive the report of Lord Ingleby's Committee for some months; and whether they deal with this issue will no doubt depend upon the evidence put before them.
