§ Mr. Walker-SmithIn general my Ophthalmic Advisory Committee is satisfied that the standard frame for children normally used can adequately stand up to strain if well constructed and made of hard material. Minor improvements have, however, recently been made and on the Committee's advice I am also proposing to introduce a stronger frame.
