§ 27. Mr. Russellasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will publish a list of all barter agreements in force between countries, both of whom are contracting parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, which have been reported officially to its Secretariat, together with the total value of the trade involved; and what representations he has made through that organisation, in view of the fact that such agreements violate the principle of non-discrimination.
§ Sir D. EcclesSuch agreements are not reported to the Secretariat of the General Agreement, and if my hon. Friend has in mind any particular agreement which discriminates against us, perhaps he would let me have the details and I will gladly look into them.
