58. Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what is the result of the protest made by Her Majesty's Government at the murder of Mrs. Doran, wife of the British Air Attaché in Tel-Aviv; and what further action is to be taken.

A note was handed to the Government of the United Arab Republic on behalf of Her Majesty's Government by the Swiss Embassy in Cairo on 18th December. The matter is still being pursued through the Protecting Power.
