§ 57. Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the progress of his consultations with the Scottish universities regarding the operation of the new regulations relating to the administration of teachers' training colleges.
§ Mr. MaclayI have arranged to discuss this matter with representatives of the universities on 13th February.
