§ 34. Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what is to be the constitution of the Internal Security Council of Singapore; how its members are to be appointed; what powers it will possess; and to what extent it will be able to over-ride decisions made by the elected government of Singapore in the future.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI would refer the hon. Member to Sections 64 to 71 of the Singapore (Constitution) Order in Council, 1958, which was laid before Parliament on 27th November, 1958.
