Bossomasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if he will investigate whether civil aeroplanes equipped with mechanical controls which warn of the approach of other aeroplanes on obstructive dangers to flying, should be required to keep these controls continuously alive, and not only at times of poor visibility.
