§ Captain Kerbyasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he will give the dates of final completion and final reduction to reserve of the following vessels of the Dark Class fast patrol boats, H.M.S. "Dark Antagonist", "Dark Avenger", "Dark Biter", "Dark 192W Buccaneer", "Dark Clipper", "Dark Hunter", "Dark Killer", and "Dark Rover".
Mr. C. Ian Off-Ewing"Dark Antagonist" was in commission for nearly three years: the rest for between six and eighteen months. The decision to reduce our coastal forces was inescapable and whenever it had been taken there were bound to be some recently completed boats made redundant. We hope to get back some of our outlay on these by selling them.
