My hon. Friend will have seen the reply given by my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs on 24th February to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Roxburgh, Selkirk and Peebles (Commander Donaldson). The proposed agreement has since been endorsed by the Faroese Lagting.
